The motion was filed at least seven months after the moving parties knew about the November 1, 2016 order and had stated that they would seek to have it vacated. Even if this court had authority to grant this motion more than six months after moving parties acknowledged that they knew about the November 1, 2016 order, the court exercises its discretion to deny the motion on the grounds that moving parties have not acted diligently and there is substantial reason to believe that they had notice of the motion that led to the November 1, 2016 order.
