PLAINTIFFS ANGELO SPILIOTIS, HELEN LAW, AND STANLEY SPILIOTIS’ ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE RE: CONTEMPT AND FOR ATTORNEY’S FEES TENTATIVE RULING:

Plaintiffs’ unopposed motion for issuance of an Order to Show Cause re: Contempt is GRANTED. (Code of Civ. Proc. Sect. 1212.) Plaintiffs have established a prima facie case showing that Defendant has failed or refused, or both, to comply with the May 28, 2019, order. Defendant Leonora Spiliotis is ordered to appear on September 10, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. in the Master Calendar Department (Dept. 8C) to show cause why she should not be adjudged guilty of contempt of court and punished accordingly.

Plaintiffs’ motion for attorney’s fees in connection with the present motion and the hearing on the Order to Show Cause shall be heard at the September 10, 2019, hearing.

Plaintiffs shall serve this order on Defendant Leonora Spiliotis by personal service, no later than August 15, 2019.

If the tentative ruling is uncontested, it shall become the order of the Court. Thereafter, counsel for Plaintiffs shall prepare a written order consistent with the Court’s ruling for the Court’s signature, pursuant to California Rules of Court, Rule 3.1312, and provide written notice of the ruling to all parties who have appeared in the action, as required by law and the California Rules of Court.
