Defendant called at 1:00 pm. Clerk LS advised that warrant was issued for failure to appear this morning. Defendant thought he didn’t have to appear after accepting the State’s offer. Clerk advised defendant that plea to a criminal charge requires personal appearance in court. Clerk advised defendant that he would need to appear before the court to take care of the warrant, advised that bond hearings were done every day at 1:00 pm. Defendant was in Suamico, wouldn’t be able to make it today but will try to appear tomorrow (Tuesday) at 1:00 pm.
