State will move and dismiss 19CT-49. 19CF-514: Defendant will plead to Count 1. Count 2 will be dismissed and read in. State will move to dismiss and read in 19CM-179. State makes sentence recommendations. Defense is free to argue. 19CF-514: Initial appearance was held on January 6, 2020. Defense waives preliminary hearing. An information was filed.
