Assignee California Service Bureau, Inc.’s (“CSBI”) motion for earnings withholding
order on non-judgment debtor spouse is UNOPPOSED but is DENIED without
prejudice.

CSBI’s request for judicial notice is granted.

On April 30, 2009, judgment was entered against Joe Fletcher, aka Joe Fletcher
Presents in the amount of $199,982.91.  No part of the judgment has been paid.  CSBI
seeks an earning withholding order against Christine S. Fletcher.  CSBI’s Legal
Department Supervisor is “informed and believe[s] that at the time of the service
rendered by Judgment Creditor and at all time thereafter, Judgment Debtor was
married to Christine S. Fletcher.”  (Declaration of Shannon Hayes.)

CSBI’s “information and belief” that Ms. Fletcher was/is married to Judgment Debtor is
insufficient to demonstrate that they were/are in fact married.  Accordingly, the motion
is DENIED without prejudice.

The minute order is effective immediately.  No formal order pursuant to CRC Rule
3.1312 or further notice is required.

The court notes that moving party has indicated the incorrect address in its notice of
