Plaintiffs, Clydisha Townsend and Jasmine Dotson, are ordered to provide verified responses without objection to the foregoing discovery within 10 days. Cal. Code Civil Procedure § 2031.300, 2030.290. Untimely responses result in a waiver of objections.

The Court imposes total sanctions of $800 for all four motions against Plaintiffs, Clydisha Townsend and Jasmine Dotson, for the failure to provide verified responses to authorized methods of discovery, which constitutes discovery abuse. Cal. Code Civil Procedure §2023.010(a)(4). Such sanctions are payable within thirty (30) days.

Motion by Defendant, United Independent Taxi Drivers, Inc., to Compel Plaintiff, Jasmine Dotson’s, Responses to Requests for Admission; Request for Sanctions is GRANTED. The Court grants the Defendants’ stated request to deem the Requests for Admission admitted.

The court imposes total sanctions of $200.00 against Plaintiff, Jasmine Dotson, whose failure to serve a timely response to Requests for Admission necessitated this motion. Cal Code Civil Procedure §2033.280. Such sanctions are payable within thirty (30) days.
