TENTATIVE RULING

Having read and considered the pleadings, declarations, and other evidence submitted in this matter, the
Court makes the following findings and orders:

1) Respondent has provided the Court with proof of completion of anger management and parenting
classes.

2) Therapeutic sessions at Rally shall begin. Both parents shall cooperate with Rally and complete
orientation. Once orientation is complete, sessions shall begin for one hour, one time a week based on
Rally availability.

3) The Court will prepare the order.
