Because the good faith of the settlement is uncontested, the court does not have to analyze the Tech-Bilt factors. When no one objects, the barebones motion which sets forth the ground of good faith, accompanied by a declaration which sets forth a brief background of the case is sufficient. The court grants this Motion and will issue an Order that the settlement described herein was entered into in good faith.
