The Court imposes total sanctions of $980 for all three motions against, Plaintiff, Elmer Arana, and his attorney of record, David Azizi of the Law Office of David Azizi, for the failure to provide verified responses to authorized methods of discovery, which constitutes discovery abuse. Cal. Code Civil Procedure §2023.010(a)(4). Such sanctions are payable within thirty (30) days.
