Defendant, John Stillman’s Motions to Compel are Granted. Plaintiff is ordered to serve verified responses to the outstanding discovery, without objections, within ten days. Defendant makes no request for sanctions.

Defendant propounded special interrogatories, form interrogatories, and request for production of documents on Plaintiff on September 12, 2017. To date, despite numerous meet and confer attempts, Plaintiff has not served responses. Defendant therefore seeks an order compelling Plaintiff to respond, without objections.

Defendant’s motions to compel are granted. Plaintiff is ordered to serve verified responses to form interrogatories, special interrogatories and requests for production, without objections, within ten days. (Code Civ.
