REQUEST FOR ORDER OF MODIFICATION OF VISITATION

TENTATIVE RULING

Having read and considered the pleadings, declarations, and other evidence submitted in this matter, the court makes the following findings and orders.

Father’s visitation schedule with Isaac is hereby modified to every other Sunday, from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Father’s first Sunday of visitation shall be Sunday, February 25, 2018. Mother shall drop off Isaac curbside at Father’s residence. Father shall drop off Isaac curbside at Mother’s residence. Neither parent is to engage in verbal or non-verbal communication with the other during drop offs, other than for the sole purpose of advising the other of information relevant to Isaac’s health, schoolwork, and well-being.

Father shall provide Mother with 24 hours notice of any visit he wishes to cancel. Mother shall advise Father 24 hours in advance of a Sunday visit if Isaac is sick; Father may, at his option, cancel visits where Isaac is sick. There will be no make-visits for visits cancelled by Father for any reason.

If Isaac has a youth sporting event scheduled during a Sunday visit, Father must take Isaac to that sporting event. However, only one youth sporting event, lasting a total of 90 minutes, may be scheduled for Isaac on Sundays when he will be in Father’s care.
