The Court imposes total sanctions of $680 for both motions against, Plaintiff, Gerald Ransfer, and his counsel of record, Marshall E. Rosenbach of the Law Offices of Marshall E. Rosenbach, for the failure to provide verified responses to authorized methods of discovery, which constitutes discovery abuse. Cal Code Civil Procedure §2023.010(a)(4). Such sanctions are payable within thirty (30) days.
