ORDER RE:

MOTION TO QUASH OF HAKO-MED HOLDINGS, INC.

On January 25, 2018, Defendant Hako-Med Holdings, Inc.’s (“Hako-Med”) motion to quash service of summons and the Complaint on jurisdictional grounds came on for hearing. At the hearing, Plaintiffs Harvey Stone and Donna Stone (“Plaintiffs”) made a request to continue the motion so that discovery relating to those jurisdictional issues could be conducted. The Court granted Plaintiffs’ request and ordered that the motion to quash be continued to March 13, 2018. The Court further ordered the parties to participate in an Informal Discovery Conference (“IDC”) in the event of a dispute relating to the jurisdictional discovery.

On February 26, 2018, Plaintiffs filed a Notice of Informal Discovery Conference setting March 13, 2018 as the date of the IDC at 11:00 a.m. On March 2, 2018, Hako-Med filed a Notice of Answer to Request for Informal Discovery Conference. Accordingly, at the conclusion of the IDC, the Court will reset the hearing on Hako-Med’s motion to quash and the CMC. Those matters will not be called at the 8:30 a.m. calendar.

Plaintiffs are ordered to give notice of this Order.
