Plaintiff Hue Nguyen’s (“Plaintiff”) motion to compel defendant Zachary Barry’s (“Defendant”) further responses to form interrogatories, set one (“FI1”), and demand for inspection and production of documents, set one (“RPD1”), is GRANTED.  Within 20 days of the filing of this Order, Defendant shall provide verified, code compliant further responses to Plaintiff’s FI1 and RPD1, without objection, and shall produce documents responsive to Plaintiff’s RPD1.  Plaintiff’s request for monetary sanctions is GRANTED.  Within 20 days of the filing of this Order, Defendant shall pay to Plaintiff, through Plaintiff’s counsel, monetary sanctions in the total sum of $1260, reflecting $1,200 attorneys’ fees and $60 costs.
