Defendant’s Three (3) Motions for Order Compelling Responses to Form Interrogatories, Set One; Special Interrogatories, Set One; and Request for Production of Documents, Set One; Request for Sanctions, filed on 12/18/18, are GRANTED.

Plaintiff, Jocelyn Candell, is ordered to provide verified responses without objection to the foregoing discovery within ten (10) days. Cal. Code Civil Procedure § 2031.300, 2030.290.

The Court imposes total sanctions of $697.25 for all three motions against Plaintiff, Jocelyn Candell, and her attorney of record, D. Hess Panah, Esq., for the failure to provide verified responses to authorized methods of discovery, which constitutes discovery abuse. Cal. Code Civil Procedure §2023.010(a)(4). Such sanctions are payable within thirty (30) days.
