 The Court believes that it is without jurisdiction to hear the matter at this time because it appears that the moving Attorney’s motion papers were not fully served on the client and all other parties as required by CCP, Section 284(2) and the applicable Rules of Court.

 Service of required forms of notice (MC-051), supporting declaration (MC- 052), and proposed Order (MC-053) must be done. While Mr. Webster has made proof of service of the first two, he has not provided proof of service of the third, the proposed Order.
