Analysis

On 8/27 father filed a RFO seeking modification of child support and time share orders for Zander that were entered earlier; set hearing for 9/10; he declares an Evidentiary Hearing was held and orders were made on 10/17/18 for Visitation, Exchange Location, Holiday Schedule, and Summer Vacation schedule. On 07/16/19 Father was given Sole Legal custody and orders were made for Visitation, Exchange Location, Holiday Schedule, and Summer Vacation schedule. Father claims there has been a change in circumstances – father claims that mother is provoking conflict; she is threatening to keep child out of school; is leaving child alone in motor vehicle. Child is being exposed to tobacco and/or marijuana during Mother’s visitations.

On 9/6 mother [Rachel (Jackson) Moore] filed a request to continue the hearing.
