Plaintiff has not complied with the court order of 2/6/2018. The proof of service is defective as it was served by Plaintiff. Plaintiff cannot merely “X” out the requirement on the Proof of Service form that service was by a non-party. The Proof of Service of the Summons and Complaint filed on 2/5/2018 is ordered stricken.

Plaintiff is ordered to re-serve the Summons & Complaint using a non-party person over the age of 18 and to file a valid proof of service by 3/16/2018 or pay further monetary sanctions of $250.
