Plaintiff’s motion to compel Defendant SHR Transport, Inc.’s responses to request for production of documents (set one), special interrogatories (set one), and form interrogatories is UNOPPOSED and is GRANTED.

By no later than March 23, 2018, Defendant shall serve verified written responses, without objections, to the discovery.

The Court notes that Defendant’s counsel’s motion to withdraw was granted on 8/21/2017. There is nothing in the Court’s records showing that Defendant retained new counsel. A corporation must be represented by legal counsel. (Himmel v. City Council (1959) 169 Cal.App.2d 97, 100.)

Sanctions are denied because the motion is unopposed.

The minute order is effective immediately. No formal order pursuant to CRC Rule 3.1312 or further notice is required.
