MOTION FOR ORDER COMPELLING RESPONSE TO DEMAND FOR PRODUCTION AND SANCTIONS BY N.A. SALES COMPANY, INC.

· Plaintiff N.A. SALES COMPANY, INC.’s Motion for Order Compelling Response to Demand for Production is GRANTED pursuant to CCP § 2031.300. Defendant Hyeong Geon Lee is ORDERED to respond to Plaintiff’s Requests for Production within 15 days of service of notice of this Order.

· If the tentative ruling is uncontested, it shall become the order of the Court. The moving party shall prepare a written order consistent with the Court’s ruling for the Court’s signature, pursuant to California Rules of Court, Rule 3.1312, and provide written notice of the ruling to all parties who have appeared in the action, as required by law and the California Rules of Court.

· Plaintiff N.A. SALES COMPANY, INC.’s Motion to Compel Responses to Written Interrogatories is GRANTED pursuant to CCP § 2030.290. Defendant Hyeong Geon Lee is ORDERED to respond to Plaintiff’s Form Interrogatories (Set One) and Plaintiff’s Special Interrogatories (Set One) within 15 days of service of notice of this Order.

The moving party shall prepare a written order consistent with the Court’s ruling for the Court’s signature, pursuant to California Rules of Court, Rule 3.1312, and provide written notice of the ruling to all parties who have appeared in the action, as required by law and the California Rules of Court.

MOTION FOR ORDER THAT MATTERS IN REQUEST FOR ADMISSIONS BE DEEMED ADMITTED AND IMPOSING MONETARY SANCTION BY N.A. SALES COMPANY, INC.

· Plaintiff N.A. SALES COMPANY, INC.’s Motion for Order that Matters in Request for Admissions be Deemed Admitted is GRANTED pursuant to CCP § 2033.280. The matters in Plaintiff’s Request for Admissions are deemed admitted.

· Plaintiff’s Requests for Sanctions are GRANTED. Plaintiff shall be awarded $790 in attorney’s fees and costs under CCP § 2023.030 and CRC § 3.1348 for each of the above motions. Defendant Hyeong Geon Lee is ORDERED to pay $2,370 in sanctions within 15 days of service of notice of this Order.
