We received an email purporting to be from Previn Hollingsworth at previn.hollingsworth@yahoo.com stating: I am requesting that you remove my information at once. I didnot give you authorization to share inaccurate information much rather any informatiom. You have one week to get this corrected or will move forward in retaining an attorney for the potential damages this has caused me and my family.

Our interpretation of the court record (an opinion not previously stated on this page until we were accused of sharing inaccurate information and threatened with a frivolous and malicious lawsuit) is that Previn Hollingsworth was charged with driving under the influence by having a blood alcohol percent of at least .08. He pled no content to a charge of reckless driving and the driving under the influence claim was dismissed. Per the court’s record he was in custody for five days and served a three year probation.

Our interpretation of this second intoxication record is Mr. Hollingsworth was accused of driving with a .15 alcohol count. He pled no contest to the charge. He was in custody at least 11 days – perhaps much longer (maybe 84 days) with a 4 year probation. At one point it appears probation was revoked for failure to comply with his jail term and/or a SB-38 program, although probation was later reinstated.

Is is possible the Sacramento Superior Court’s criminal records for Previn Hollingsworth are inaccurate? Doubtful, but anything is possible. We are only reporting the news of what is in the court’s record. Here we have someone the court says has been arrested twice for drunk driving. If the information is wrong Mr. Hollingsworth’s remedy is to sue the court, not us, for releasing incorrect public information. We have the feeling that is unlikely to happen.
