Tentative ruling:

Plaintiff Rico-Sanz’s motion to compel Further Request for Production of Document responses is now MOOT because defendant Los Angeles Blues Soccer Club, Inc. has now served belated supplemental responses and produced some documents. But plaintiff Rico-Sanz is awarded sanctions of $4,040.00, pursuant to C.C.P. § 2031.310(h), payable by defendant Los Angeles Blues Soccer Club, Inc. and its counsel of record because plaintiff was forced to file a motion to compel despite granting defendant two full extensions to serve supplemental Request for Production of Document responses yet none were served before plaintiff’s motion was filed and served on 2-3-14.
