Defendants’ Four (4) Motions to Compel Plaintiff’s Responses to 1. Supplemental Interrogatory, Set One; 2. Supplemental Demand for Inspection and Production of Documents, Set One; 3. Special Interrogatories, Set Three; and 4. Demand for Inspection and Production of Documents, Set Three, filed on 2/27/19 are GRANTED.

Plaintiff, Robert Alan Rose, is ordered to provide verified responses without objection to the foregoing discovery within ten (10) days. Cal. Code Civil Procedure § 2031.300, 2030.290. Untimely responses result in a waiver of objections. Cal Code Civil Procedure §2030.290(a), § 2031.300(a).

The Court imposes total sanctions of $1,320 for all four motions against Plaintiff, Robert Alan Rose and counsel, Merrill A. Hanson, for the failure to provide verified responses to authorized methods of discovery, which constitutes discovery abuse. Cal. Code Civil Procedure §2023.010(a)(4). Such sanctions are payable within thirty (30) days.
