TENTATIVE RULING

Petitioner shall have alternating weekend overnights with the minor children, from Friday at 4:30 p.m. until Sunday at 7:00 p.m. The first weekend overnight visit shall begin on Friday, March 9, 2018. The location of the exchanges shall be at the Walgreens parking lot on Portrero Avenue unless the parties agree upon another location.

Petitioner shall also have visitation with the minor children every Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The location of the exchanges shall be the same as set forth in the Findings and Order after Hearing filed on December 29, 2017, unless the parties agree upon another location.

The parties are ordered to meet and confer about (1) the extracurricular and sports activities in which the children will participate, and (2) Petitioner’s involvement in the children’s sports activities as a coach and/or team parent.

Both parties are ordered not to discuss past or present legal proceedings with the minor children, or within earshot of the minor children.

Except as modified herein, all of the existing custody and visitation orders shall remain in full force and effect.
