Background

This matter came on for hearing on August 2, 2019, at 9 am. Petitioner, Sgt.Seth Woodill, Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Office (“Petitioner”) was represented by Michelle Montez Santa Barbara County Counsel’s Office. Respondent Gabriel David Pragin (“Respondent”) was represented by Miguel Avila. Respondent was present. This case is continued to Monday August 19, 2019, at 1:30pm- l4:30pm for trial. Counsel to let the Court know as soon as possible if they will continue the matter to free up the time. In any event, until further notice this case will have this scheduled time guaranteed. In the meantime all current restraining orders will remain in full force and effect.

Subsequently that order was vacated by stipulation and the case was set for 9/17 for a “Status Conference.”All current restraining orders to remain in full force and effect.

Nothing further has been filed; the Court has no tentative and the matter should be continued, sua sponte, to October 15, 2019 with CMCSs filed one week in advance on what the issues are and why the case cannot be resolved.
