Plaintiff Sara Cheung’s motion to quash defendant’s subpoena to the custodian of records of Community Psychiatry is denied. All documents responsive to the subpoena dated on or after May 9, 2016 must be produced to defendants without any first look right by Ms. Cheung. All other responsive documents are to be produced only to Ms. Cheung for a first look. Within ten days of receipt of the first look documents, Ms. Cheung must either produce the documents to defendants or, if she believes any of them, should be withheld from defendants, provide them to the court for in camera review with a cover letter and a copy of the order on this motion. Any additional information that defendants believe they need about the request for punitive damages can be obtained through discovery.
