Stanley Wilson appeals from an order granting attorney fees and costs to Respondents following Respondents’ successful anti-SLAPP motion (Code Civ. Proc., § 425.16, subd. (c)(1).) In Wilson’s related appeal (number B264944) we reverse the trial court’s order granting Respondents’ anti-SLAPP motion. Thus, there is no longer any basis for an award of attorney fees and costs under Code of Civil Procedure, section 425.16, subdivision (c)(1), and we therefore reverse the trial court’s order.

 

DISPOSITION

The trial court’s order awarding Respondents attorney fees and costs following their motion to strike under Code of Civil Procedure section 425.16, subdivision (c)(1) is reversed. Wilson is entitled to his costs on appeal.
