Since the Court is not persuaded that all of the earnings of the judgment debtor are necessary for his support and since it appears that several of the claimed monthly expenses are excessive, the claim of exemption is GRANTED in that the sheriff is directed to withhold $344 per pay period, up to $688 per month, and to return to the judgment debtor any funds held greater than that amount forthwith.

The employer may send one payment of $688 per month to avoid unnecessary administrative expenses. (Code Civ. Proc. § 706.025.)
