According to plaintiff’s reply filed on 3/13/2018 regarding his motion to compel defendant Aerojet Rocketdyne, Inc.’s (“ARI”) further responses to Requests for Production, Set Four, the parties have agreed to use the Honorable Kevin J. Murphy (Ret.) as a discovery referee in this action and thus, pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure §638, he is hereby appointed as the discovery referee. All pending and future discovery disputes in this action are hereby referred to Judge Murphy for resolution.
