Defendants’ Three (3) Motions for Order Compelling Responses to Form Interrogatories, Set One; Special Interrogatories, Set One; and Demand for Production of Documents, Set One; Request for Sanctions, filed on 11/30/18, are GRANTED.

Plaintiff, Valerie Toro, is ordered to provide verified responses without objection to the foregoing discovery within 10 days. Cal. Code Civil Procedure § 2031.300, 2030.290.

The Court imposes total sanctions of $1,155.00 for all three motions against Plaintiff, Valerie Toro, and her attorney of record, Manning, Manning & Luckenbacher, for the failure to provide verified responses to authorized methods of discovery, which constitutes discovery abuse. Cal. Code Civil Procedure §2023.010(a)(4). Such sanctions are payable within thirty (30) days.
