TENTATIVE RULING

OSC regarding further sanctions pursuant to CCP §177.5, CRC 2.30 for violation of CRC 3.110(b) and CRC 3.1109(g) and continued Case Management Conference are set for hearing on 4/20/2018 at 8:30 a.m. in Dept. 46.

Plaintiff filed a declaration dated 2/27/2018. Since the last hearing, no defendants have appeared and no proofs of service have been filed. The court did receive copies of proofs of service of Defendants St. Mary Pathology, Long Beach Emergency group, RC McLean & Associates, BLS Ambulance Transport and Newport Care Medical Group, but Plaintiff must file original Proofs of Service separately. The matter is still not ready for trial setting and Plaintiff has still not served General Surgeons of Long Beach, Promed DME, Precise Imaging, Farmers Insurance or Harbor UCLA Medical Center.

Plaintiff is ordered to separately file all original proofs of service, file requests for entry of default on any defendants who have been served and who have not appeared in a timely manner, follow up and serve all unserved defendants, and give notice of the continued hearing.

No further sanctions are issued at this time, but Plaintiff still remains liable for the first $250 sanctions ordered to be paid.
