The matter is not ready for trial setting as there is no filed Proof of Service as to Young Hyun Trading Co., LTD, a Korean corporation on the Young Suk Jun Cross-Complainant and Plaintiff has not filed a Proof of Service as to newly added Defendants J&P Yarn Enterprises, Inc., Richroad USA, Inc. or Thomas Hwang in the First Amended Complaint.

Plaintiff and Cross-Complainant are ordered to file proofs of service as to the unserved parties by 4/26/2018 or file a declaration showing good cause for failure or inability to do so.
