MOTION TO COMPEL FURTHER DISCOVERY RESPONSES AND DOCUMENT PRODUCTION AND REQUEST FOR SANCTIONS BY YOUNG NAM KO TENTATIVE RULING:

Plaintiff’s motion to compel further responses to form interrogatories and special interrogatories is GRANTED. Plaintiff’s request to compel compliance with responses to requests for production is also GRANTED. Defendants shall provide further responses to interrogatories, as well as responsive documents as indicated in its responses to Plaintiff’s request for production of documents, within 10 days of this Order.

The request for sanctions is GRANTED, in part, in the amount of $2,100.00.

If the tentative ruling is uncontested, it shall become the order of the Court. Thereafter, counsel for Plaintiff shall prepare a written order consistent with the Court’s ruling for the Court’s signature, pursuant to California Rules of Court, Rule 3.1312, and provide written notice of the ruling to all parties who have appeared in the action, as required by law and the California Rules of Court.
