The tentative ruling was confirmed as the final order of the judge.

Questions and Answers

Would you hire Albert Boasberg to be your attorney?

No, and Mr. Boasberg is not going to be an attorney much longer in any event.

The California State Bar reports that attorney Albert Boasberg has been practicing since 1961. With almost 60 years of practice he should be in his 80s and is one of the oldest attorneys in California.

In our opinion, we absolutely would never hire Albert Boasberg for anything. A brief search online shows he claims to be a family law, personal injury, and criminal law attorney. With this case, apparently an employment law attorney too. In our view this type of scattershot cases suggests an attorney willing to take anything without regard to their expertise.

An online search found many complaints with comments that Boasberg is a thief, evasive, deceitful, and going to prison. We found this article noting he admitted to embezzling $500,000 from a 92 year old woman and her disabled son. In our opinion Albert Boasberg is a despicable human being.

The article and crimes Albert Boasberg committed speak for themselves.
