Plaintiff’s application for writ of possession of the identified vehicle and for temporary restraining order is UNOPPOSED and is GRANTED.

Plaintiff’s notice of application does not provide notice of the court’s tentative ruling system, as required by Local Rule 1.06, and does not provide the correct address for Department 53/54. Plaintiff is directed to contact defendants forthwith and advise them of Local Rule 1.06 and the court’s tentative ruling procedure and the manner to request a hearing, along with the correct address for Department 53/54. If plaintiff is unable to contact defendants prior to hearing, plaintiff is ordered to appear at the hearing in person or by telephone.

The amount of defendants’ undertaking to stay delivery of the identified vehicle shall be $10,000.

The Court notes that plaintiff paid only $60 in connection with the present application, although the total fees are $120. Plaintiff must submit the outstanding $60 fee before the Court will sign any proposed order and/or order for issuance of writ.

Pursuant to CRC Rule 3.1312, plaintiff to submit proposed order and proposed writ of possession on the mandatory judicial council forms.
