Motion to Compel Responses to Request for Production of Documents

As of the date of the filing of the motions, Defendants had not received any responses. See Declaration of Alex Vo., ¶ 5. Although Plaintiff indicates in her opposition that she will serve responses before this hearing, the motion is not moot until proof of such service is presented. The motion to compel responses to requests for production, set one is GRANTED. Plaintiff is ordered to provide verified responses without objection within 10 days of this Order.

Defendant’s request for sanctions is GRANTED in the reduced amount of $500 against Plaintiff and the Law Offices of Paul P. Cheng & Associates only, jointly and severally. Sanctions are to be paid to Defendant’s counsel within 10 days.
